We incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Brainspotting (BSP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), grief counseling, psychoeducation, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
Individual Counseling
For individuals located in Alaska, Arkansas, Maine, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah and Washington, counseling is available to persons ages 13 and older wanting to make a positive change in their lives through a telehealth (online, remote) platform.

What is Brainspotting (BSP)?
Brainspotting (BSP) is a brain-based therapy that accesses unprocessed trauma and brings them forward for individuals to process and release sources of emotional pain, trauma, and dissociation.
